We offer returns for refund only and the product has to be in the same condition as shipped new and unprocessed.
If the following guidelines are relevant to your purchase we will honor a refund:
• As long as the hair has not been cut, used or processed.
• We will not be responsible for shipping cost and will not refund funds until the products have been returned and inspected by a member of our team.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for this process to take place.
